With 50-300 kg/h capacity and a tiny φ140×491mm footprint, it's ideal for tablet presses, capsule filling machines, dry granulators, packaging machines, and vibrating screens. The system features automatic pulse back-blow filter cleaning, GMP compliance, and elimination of material static electricity — perfect for R&D labs and small-scale pharmaceutical production.

    How It Works

    1. Vacuum Generation: Compressed air supplied to the vacuum generator creates negative pressure, forming a vacuum airflow.
    2. Material Suction: Materials are sucked into the suction nozzle, forming a solid-gas flow that travels to the hopper.
    3. Filtration: The filter completely separates materials from air — clean air exhausts, materials collect in hopper.
    4. Discharge: When hopper is full, controller automatically cuts off air supply. Hopper door opens, materials fall into equipment hopper.
    5. Filter Cleaning: Compressed air automatically cleans the filter through the pulse back-blow valve.
    6. Auto-Restart: When set time is reached or level sensor sends feeding signal, feeder automatically restarts.

ZKS series uses an electric vacuum pump — higher capacity (up to 6000 kg/h), suitable for large-scale continuous production. QVC-1 is the smallest model in our lineup.
